Dave Kinsella, Managing Partner.

Dave Kinsella has more than 35 years of executive search experience in multiple industries, including manufacturing of building products, automotive components and other industrial products; health care and educational institutions; financial institutions and service industries.

Dave's recruiting experience extends across the executive levels within all of these industries, including the Group President, Division President, Senior Vice President and Vice President Levels. In addition, he has significant experience with senior positions in finance, manufacturing operations, engineering, human resources, sales and marketing and supply chain management positions.

Dave gathered his experiences at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago as the Director of Executive Recruiting. He then moved on to Peat Marwick and Mitchell (now KPMG) where he spent ten years in their executive search practice (6th largest in the world at the time he was with them) in both their Chicago and Houston offices. Dave then joined Masco Corporation (a Fortune 200 NYSE Company with revenues of $13 billion) in 1986 as their Director of Executive Recruitment. During his 21-year tenure with Masco he served as the Director of Executive Recruitment for Masco Tech (a $1.2 billion NYSE company) and Tri Mas Corporation (a $660 million NYSE company), all part of the overall Masco family of companies.

Dave possesses a Bachelor and Masters Degree from St. Mary of the Lake University in Mundelein, Illinois.
